• Facility access is by logged cardkey only. 

• ALL personal trash should be placed in the Western Disposal bin or taken with you when you leave.

• Seasonal Pool Schedule: May 24th - September 14th, 2025

• HOA members are welcome at Board meetings. Please contact our property manager, Pennant Investment, for the date and time of upcoming working group and committee meetings.
