PLEASE NOTE:

• No oversized rafts, squirt guns or water shooters of any kind are allowed in the pool area.

• No children under 12 are allowed in the pool or pool area unsupervised by an adult.

• No member is allowed more than 6 guests at any one time. This policy will be strictly enforced.

• Facility access is by logged card key only. 

• ALL personal trash should be placed in the Western Disposal bin or taken with you when you leave.

• Seasonal Pool Schedule: May May 23rd - September 13th, 2026

• HOA members are welcome at Board meetings. Please contact our property manager, Pennant Investment, for the date and time of upcoming working group and committee meetings.
