• Personal trash, regardless of type, should be placed  in the Western Disposal bin when you leave.

• Seasonal Pool Schedule: May 27 - September 10

• HOA members are welcome at Board meetings. Please contact our property manager, Pennant Investment, for the date and time of working group and committee meetings.

• The next Owner's Meeting (Annual Meeting) will be prior to the pool opening in  2024.
