Pickleball - draft requirements

  • Plan ahead - USA Pickleball rated Quiet Category paddles, OWL Paddles or paddles on the Green List and Penn40 balls will be required in the future

TENNIS and PICKLEBALL COURT RESERVATIONS

  • Priority goes to members who have reserved a court – in other words, if a drop-in group is playing and members show up who have used the sign up system to reserve a court, drop in players must cede the court.

  • Please do not sign up more than 5 days in advance

  • Please limit playing time for a group to 1.5 hours

  • Tennis players: please reserve the WEST court first and leave the East court for pickleball or additional tennis groups.

  • CANCELLATIONS: please leave all info in sheet and simply replace TIME slot with XXX’s.

  • Please do not edit, add, or erase anything on the shared google sheet. ONLY put your information into the form.

  • If you accidentally change something, please put a note into the next line and administrator will attempt to correct.

  • The administrator will occasionally go through and check the reservation sign in sheet.

  • Please use the link provided below to access the Google sheet and enter ALL requested information.

  • If you have a phone, take a screenshot or a picture of your computer screen to show people at the courts that you signed up for a date and time.

Note: As the courts get busier, we may add additional guidelines and will post them here.

Thank you!
